First, boil your kettle. When your water is piping hot, add your Grandma Towler's tea bag to your mug and pour the boiling water over your tea bag. Leave your tea to stew for a few minutes - the longer you leave it, the stronger the flavour will be. Next up, give your tea bag a stir and a squeeze, getting the last remnants of flavour out. Customise your brew with milk and sugar if it takes your fancy!
We ship within the United Kingdom and also to mainland Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The maximum weight for a parcel outside of the United Kingdom is 2kg*. This is because the international shipping cost increases greatly for parcels heavier than 2kg. If you wish to order more products, it is cheaper to do two separate orders. *This is not the case for customers based in the US. We now have a US distributor meaning if you order from within the States, your parcel will be shipped from our partner company over there. This means cheaper and faster shipping for American customers.
The cost of delivery depends on the weight of your parcel. The price we charge our customers for shipping is the price we are charged to post your parcel. For example, for UK customers, the cost of shipping is £3.50 if your parcel weighs less than 2kg and £8.99 if your parcel weighs over 2kg.

At the moment we don't have the functionality on our website to accept cryptocurrency payments, however depending on the level of interest, we may consider adding this to our checkout options in the future.

If your product is damaged in any way, we'll happily send you a replacement product or refund your order for you. Please contact us through our contact form to arrange this.
Once we have posted your parcel, your delivery should take 2-4 days to arrive with you if you are within the United Kingdom. If you still haven't received your parcel 5 days after it was shipped, please get in touch with us and we will look into it for you.
